And there are Russians involved. Seriously.
The author must have been heavily borrowing from reality while she was writing these novels, even if the focus of the plot is not on the president or the impeachment.

A bit weird when you're reading the highlighted section while listening to the beginning of an actual impeachment trial.
Anyway... had to get that off my chest although I couldn't exactly post to Facebook. Yeah, yeah, I know - my page, my rules, but to be honest? I don't have the emotional strength to deal with the imminent backlash if I did.
